In addition, the LPN works directly with the physician in clinic. Rooming patients, dressing changes and assist with procedures. Reports to: Manager Requirements: * Education: Graduate of an LPN program * License: Current LPN to practice in the state of North Carolina * Certifications: BCLS * 6 years clinical experience Required Skills Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Essential Function * Collects and documents patient intake data.
