Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) – Tripler Army Medical Center (Hawaii) Department: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) – Tripler Army Medical Center (Hawaii) Employment Type: Contract Location: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) – Tripler Army Medical Center (Hawaii) Description Overview EnvisionAge Inc. is seeking Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses (LPN/LVN) to support a federal healthcare contract at Tripler Army Medical Center and affiliated clinics in Hawaii. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in inpatient and outpatient settings Prepare patients for procedures and assist providers Perform clinical tasks such as catheterization, wound care, and lab draws Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the care team Document care in electronic medical records Support patient education and discharge planning Requirements Graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program Active, unrestricted LPN/LVN license (any U.S. state) Minimum of 1 year of experience within the last 2 years Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA required) Additional certifications (ACLS or NRP) may be required based on assignment Schedule Full-time (up to 80 hours bi-weekly) 8–12 hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays 24/7 facility operations Additional Information Position is on-site (no telework) Must meet DoD health and credentialing requirements May be assigned across inpatient or outpatient units Apply Submit your application to be considered.
