High morale, family like, team oriented environment Paid training What You Get To Do: Ensure that each individual receives quality, individualized health care management, resulting in their optimal health Conducting routine site visits, checking vitals, doing assessments, counseling of medication administration, and documenting progress Act as a health/medical resource for staff, training staff in the medical arena Conduct audits and reviews of medications Ensure that the company is in compliance with state requirements and organizational policies regarding medical care and records Schedule: Full-time Monday-Friday with occasional travel required; flexible hours Participate in an on-call rotation for triage of medical concerns for 1 week per month Qualifications What Makes You A Great Fit: Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Indiana required 1-2 years experience working with individuals with disabilities or other long-term care is preferred Must be skilled, flexible, self-motivated, dependable, and able to work cooperatively with staff, interdisciplinary team members, and outside agencies Strong verbal/written communication skills Ability to work independently and efficiently Organizational and computer skills A successful background clearance is required as part of the onboarding/employment process Additional Information At Dungarvin, diversity and inclusion are a part of what makes our organization strong.
