The program serves adults from 18 to 70 years of age with dual diagnoses of intellectual disability and a comorbid psychiatric condition. Individuals receive comprehensive care based on their needs. Our goal is to promote resiliency, community integration, and independence in the individuals we serve. About the Position: The LPN provides nursing and health care services in line with consumer needs. The LPN completes nursing assessments, monitors medication and treatment administration, participates as a member of the treatment team, contributes to psychiatry clinic, and helps ensure the overall well-being and care needs of the residents.
