Responsibilities of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): Responsible for the coordination and delivery of consumer care and the application of the nursing process Accountable for clinical oversight and positive clinical outcomes Supervise and lead CNAs and ensure the shift is fully staffed IND3 Requirements of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN): Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in the State of Illinois Mental Health or Long-Term Care for Adults experience preferred Strong organizational skills, detail oriented Excellent critical thinking capability High level of professionalism and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA standards Must have compassion, tolerance and understanding for adults with psychiatric disorders Bryn Mawr Care is Proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
