Description

We are seeking LPNs or RNs to join our at-home patient medication management and administration team in North Vancouver, BC.
Full-time and part-time positions available, with weekend availability for part-time roles.

The ideal candidate must possess:

  • A valid BC Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Confidence in performing medical tasks under the scope of practices of LPNs or RNs in BC
  • Prior community nursing experience is an asset, but new grads are welcome to apply, as we provide the required training for the job.

Duties include:

  • Involvement in patient care, visiting patients daily
  • Administering oral, topical and other dosage form medications as per prescriber’s order
  • Performing vitals for patients as required
  • Following the patient’s care plans
  • Filling MAR sheets for patients and reporting back to the manager
