Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances: Act 33 with renewal Act 34 with renewal Act 73 FBI Clearance with renewal Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Temporary Practice Permit (TPP) Current licensure in the facility’s state or a multistate license under the Nursing Licensure Compact (NLC).
