Inova Health Primary Care - Sterling is looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the team. This role will be full time day position, Monday – Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Responsibilities: * Provides direct patient care utilizing the nursing process under the direction and supervision of the RN. * Maintains and reviews patient medical records, notes and physician orders while documenting all patient care activities in accordance with documentation standards. * Participates on unit teams, work groups and/or committees. * Participates in quality and performance improvement initiatives. * Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: * Education: Vocational / Technical Diploma in Practical Nursing * License: Licensed Practical Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia * Experience: 0 years of experience * Certification: BLS from the American Heart Association.
