POSITION SUMMARY:

We’re hiring a full-time LPN or RN for the 7PM–7AM night shift—a unique opportunity for compassionate, skilled nurses who thrive in quiet hours and want to serve as the clinical anchor during overnight care.
You’ll manage resident care with autonomy, serve as the lead nurse on shift, and play a pivotal role in ensuring comfort, safety, and continuity of care.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

1+ year in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
Familiarity with electronic charting systems (EMR)
Excellent clinical judgment, organization, and problem-solving
Commitment to dignity-driven, elder-centered care
Team-oriented, dependable, and calm under pressure

1. Nighttime Care & Observation
   Deliver high-quality, person-centered care to residents during overnight hours
   Administer medications, treatments, and clinical interventions with skill and empathy
   Monitor and document vital changes in condition, escalating timely as needed
   Offer comfort and emotional support to residents in a peaceful, dignified environment
2. Leadership & Communication
   Supervise, guide, and mentor CNAs during the shift
   Coordinate shift handovers and ensure seamless communication with the day team
   Act as the clinical decision-maker and problem-solver on duty
3. Documentation & Compliance
   Accurately chart all assessments, medications, and interventions using EMR
   Participate in audits, surveys, and quality initiatives
   Ensure all care is following Arizona Board of Nursing regulations, CMS guidelines, and facility protocols
   Qualifications
   Licensure & Credentials
   Current Arizona LPN or RN license (Required)
   Graduate of an accredited nursing program
   Current CPR/BLS certification (Required)
   IV Certification (Preferred for LPNs)
