How you'll contribute - The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, delivering treatments, assisting in assessments, and supporting interdisciplinary care planning in accordance with the patient’s needs * Accurately performs patient assessments and identified patient needs. * Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions. * Provides patient and family teaching throughout the rehabilitation stay and prior to discharge. * Provides care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient. * Works cooperatively and actively participates with other members of the interdisciplinary team. What we are looking for a licensed LVN passionate about patient care * Graduate of accredited licensed practical/vocational program. * Current state licensure as Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse. * CPR/BCLS certification.
