How you'll contribute - The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, delivering treatments, assisting in assessments, and supporting interdisciplinary care planning in accordance with the patient’s needs. * Accurately performs patient assessments and identified patient needs. * Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions. * Provides patient and family teaching throughout the rehabilitation stay and prior to discharge. * Provides care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient. * Works cooperatively and actively participates with other members of the interdisciplinary team. What we’re looking for Passionate Patient Care Nurse that is dedicated to support the team to provide the best care possible * Graduate of accredited licensed practical/vocational program. * Current state licensure as Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse. * CPR/BCLS certification required. Responsibilities
