Coordinate and oversee resident care plans, addressing any issues that arise during shifts. Interact with residents and families, promoting a compassionate and customer-focused environment. Uphold organizational standards of excellence, integrity, and compliance in daily operations. Utilize clinical and administrative tools to manage care delivery and team performance effectively.
