This position does require pediatric trach and vent experience (including clients from infant to 21 years old). As part of the Transition Team, you will will be responsible for delivering quality care to clients and providing extensive training to the ongoing care team. Qualifications for Transition Licensed Practical Nurses: Have a current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse NICU, PICU, or home care trach/vent experience required Achieve a passing score on high-tech Pediatric simulations.
