About the Role: As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you'll provide direct patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse. You'll work closely with a multidisciplinary team to address the unique healthcare needs of the incarcerated population. Key Responsibilities: Deliver individualized nursing care based on patient needs Administer medications and treatments per protocol Monitor and document patient conditions and progress Work collaboratively with RNs, providers, and facility staff Maintain accurate and timely medical records Follow all safety, infection control, and confidentiality policies Qualifications Qualifications: Active, unrestricted LPN license (Missouri) CPR certification (Healthcare Provider level) Ability to pass a background check Strong communication and critical thinking skills Correctional, clinical, or acute care experience is a plus—but not required
