Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
  • Monitor patients’ vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
  • Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using electronic health record systems like Epic or Cerner.
  • Support patients with dementia, pediatrics, senior care, hospice care, and pain management needs.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for effective case management and patient-centered care.
  • Conduct phlebotomy procedures and laboratory tests as required.
