Description We are looking for a detail-oriented LPN to join our team at NCC Solutions. You will be providing services to adults with developmental disabilities in a residential setting. We are currently looking to fill full and part time positions with flexible schedules available. We have a low nurse to individual ratio. We also pay a $1.00/hour differential for weekend shifts. $27 per hour weekdays and $28 per hour weekends. Main Duties will include: Providing supervision and professional care to the individuals under the direction of the Registered Nurse Provide training and guidance to Direct Support Professionals Administration of medication as required Providing assistance with routine treatments and nursing services/tasks Monitoring the medical needs of individuals, communicating any change of status, and providing direction in accordance to the level of care needed Contribute to the nursing plan of care Maintain infection control logs Requirements Minimum requirements include: Graduate of accredited school of nursing Licensed by the State of Ohio and current on all CEUs Valid Ohio driving license Competent with computer skills Ability to communicate effectively Ability to delegate tasks Ability to maintain a calm demeanor
Responsibilities
