Description REACH Health Services of the Institutes for Behavior Resources, Inc. (IBR), seeks a PART-TIME LPN to join its team. This is your opportunity to be part of a dedicated team delivering critical health programs and resources to a diverse Baltimore-based clientele in a trauma informed environment. Primary responsibilities include: Medicating individuals with substance use disorders with methadone and suboxone. Educating patients about treatment. Maintaining patient information records. Communicating concerns about patient physical and mental health to the medical providers. Work Schedule: This is a part-time position working 5:45am to 9:45am on Saturdays. Pay & Benefits: In compliance with Maryland's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, IBR is committed to providing transparent wage information for all posted job opportunities. The pay rate for this position is $30-34 per hour. Compensation is determined based on factors such as Licensure, Education, Experience, and Internal Equity. Requirements Education and Experience: Graduation from a practical nursing program meeting the requirements of the Maryland State Board of Nursing. Current licensure in good standing as a Licensed Practical Nurse from the Maryland State Board of Nursing. At least one year's experience as an LPN in a health care program or health care facility, which includes some experience in mental health or substance use disorder treatment. Other Requirements: Ability to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen as required by regulatory agencies. All IBR/REACH employees must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
