We have an exciting opportunity in our program for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) within the Alberta Kidney Care – North program. As a member of the multidisciplinary team, the LPN is responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care. Decisions are made in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. The LPN provides patient and family-centered care to acute and chronic renal failure patient populations. The LPN will practice within the guidelines and philosophy of AKC-N. You will be encouraged and expected to work at your full scope of practice and provide a variety of nursing duties in accordance with current policies and nursing care standards.
