We are actively seeking a PART TIME Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our partner, The Retreat in Hartford, CT. Part time would consist of 3 day shifts per week; 7a-3p or 8a-4p with a requirement of one weekend rotation every 4 or 5 weeks. Potential to travel to other nearby assisted living facilities. All of this takes place in the client's home! Qualifications LPN Requirements: Must be currently licensed in the State as a Behavioral Health Nurse, preferably with one (1) year of experience. Experience with behavioral health required. Previous experience with Medicare/OASIS required. Assist with on call rotations (paid) and weekend SOC's/ROC's Possess good communication and organizational skills.
