The Responsibilities of the Licensed Practical Nurse are Consistent with those of Skilled Nursing Facilities in Illinois Requirements of the Licensed Practical Nurse: Current LPN license from the State of Illinois Experience using Point Click Care (PCC) Documentation a PLUS!
