Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Pay Range: $24.90 – $36.56 per hour Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM | Rotating On-Call Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our mission-driven team in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. In this full-time role, you’ll deliver personalized, community-based nursing care to older adults throughout Allegheny County, helping participants remain independent and safe in their homes. Unlike traditional facility-based care, this position allows you to form meaningful, long-term relationships with participants while providing nursing services that promote dignity, health, and quality of life. You’ll work as part of an interdisciplinary care team, collaborating with nurses, social workers, and therapists to create and carry out individualized care plans that truly make a difference.
