Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) Location: California Salary: $115,000 - $120,000 per year Schedule: Monday to Friday Setting: Telehealth / Remote We are seeking a California-licensed mental health professional to provide remote counseling services for clients who need steady, accessible support. This role is a strong fit for a clinician who values meaningful client work, clear communication, and the flexibility of providing care through a secure telehealth setting. Key Responsibilities Provide remote mental health counseling services to clients located in California Complete assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and related clinical documentation Support clients with emotional, relational, and behavioral health concerns Deliver ethical, evidence-informed care through secure telehealth sessions Maintain professional standards for confidentiality, communication, and client care Must hold an active California license in one of the following accepted credentials: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Psychologist, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Experience providing therapy, counseling, psychology, or clinical social work services Comfortable delivering care in a telehealth / remote setting Strong clinical judgment and client-centered communication skills Ability to manage a remote caseload with professionalism and consistency 2 weeks of paid time off Health insurance coverage 401(k) plan with a 3% company match If you are ready to bring thoughtful, high-quality care to clients across California, we invite you to apply today.
