Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) Job Details Location: Kentucky Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary This full-time telehealth role is for an LPCC who wants to provide steady, client-focused therapy from a remote setting. You will meet with clients virtually, complete clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing counseling for a range of mental health concerns. The work is centered on quality care, clear communication, and helping clients make progress in a private online setting. Responsibilities Deliver scheduled telehealth counseling sessions to clients in Kentucky Complete biopsychosocial assessments and clinical evaluations Create treatment plans that reflect each client’s needs and goals Provide ongoing therapy using appropriate clinical methods Document sessions, client progress, and care updates in a timely manner Assess for risk, safety concerns, and changes in client presentation Maintain client confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements Participate in care coordination when needed Stay current with professional standards and licensure requirements Active and unrestricted LPCC license in Kentucky Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field Experience providing therapy to adults, families, couples, or groups Strong understanding of clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for remote sessions Strong communication, organization, and time management skills 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match If you are an LPCC looking for a steady remote therapy role with strong pay, full benefits, and a clear weekday schedule, we welcome your interest in this opportunity.
