Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Location: Kentucky This role is built for a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who prefers structured, goal-oriented therapy delivered online. You will work with clients through scheduled telehealth sessions, focusing on assessment, treatment planning, and measurable progress. The position keeps your attention on clinical work without extra administrative layers. Responsibilities Provide individual counseling sessions via telehealth Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations Develop clear, goal-driven treatment plans Document sessions accurately and within required timeframes Monitor client progress and adjust interventions Follow Kentucky LPCC standards and ethical guidelines Active Kentucky LPCC license Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field At least 2 years of clinical counseling experience Comfortable working independently in a remote setting Strong organization and follow-through skills 2 weeks Paid Time Off Health Insurance 401(k) Plan with 3% Company Match Next Step If you want a consistent caseload and the space to focus on quality care, this role is ready for your experience.
