Develop structured treatment plans with measurable goals. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care. Monitor progress, adjust interventions as needed, and coordinate with care teams. Foster strong professional relationships with colleagues, clients, and external partners. Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field. Active LPCC license in California.
