Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor | California | Full-Time We are hiring an LPCC to offer mental health and substance use disorder treatment through telehealth. Help expand access to quality care with a team that’s shaping the future of mental health services. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Compensation: $115,000 - $120,000 annually, plus a full benefits package Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth Psychosocial Assessments and clinical evaluations. Develop individualized treatment plans with structured interventions. Keep accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation. Track patient progress and coordinate adjustments as needed. Maintain strong collaboration with care teams, clients, and external partners. Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field. Active LPCC license in California. At least 2 years of experience in professional counseling. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience using telehealth platforms and digital recordkeeping. Competitive salary package.
