Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Location: Oklahoma Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Summary: This full-time remote role is for a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who wants to provide steady, high-quality care through telehealth. You will work directly with clients to understand their challenges, support treatment goals, and provide counseling that helps improve daily functioning and emotional well-being. The work is hands-on, client-facing, and centered on consistent therapeutic support. Responsibilities: Deliver telehealth counseling sessions to adult or adolescent clients Perform intake interviews and mental health assessments Build treatment plans based on clinical findings and client goals Document sessions, progress, and recommendations clearly Provide support for concerns such as stress, trauma, mood disorders, and life transitions Maintain client confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Oklahoma Master’s degree in Counseling or a related mental health field Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills Comfortable using telehealth systems and electronic health records Clear communication and sound professional judgment 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your counseling skills into a role where your work can make a daily difference—send your resume to get started.
