Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Opportunity Location: Texas Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115K–$120K per year + full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Job Summary: Join a growing telehealth team as a Licensed Professional Counselor, where your focus will be on delivering practical, goal-oriented therapy. This position is ideal for clinicians who want a predictable schedule while helping clients work through everyday mental health challenges in a virtual setting. Responsibilities: Provide scheduled telehealth counseling sessions Complete intake assessments and ongoing evaluations Create and implement treatment plans tailored to each client Keep thorough clinical records and progress notes Support clients in developing coping tools and strategies Follow all applicable licensing and compliance standards Active LPC license in Texas Master’s degree in Counseling or related field Experience providing individual therapy (telehealth experience preferred) Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills Reliable internet connection and private workspace 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match If you’re ready to bring your clinical skills into a flexible, remote setting, we’d like to connect and learn more about your approach.
