Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Location: Texas Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary We are looking for a Licensed Professional Counselor to provide remote therapy services to clients throughout Texas. As part of this position, you will complete assessments, provide counseling sessions, document care, and guide clients through practical steps that support their mental and emotional health. This opportunity offers a predictable weekday schedule and the ability to do meaningful clinical work from a remote setting. Responsibilities Provide scheduled virtual counseling sessions Assess client concerns, symptoms, and treatment needs Create clear, goal-focused treatment plans Support clients using evidence-based counseling techniques Maintain complete and timely clinical notes Stay aligned with ethical and licensing standards for LPC practice Active Licensed Professional Counselor license in Texas Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field Experience providing therapy to adults, families, or individuals Strong understanding of clinical assessment and treatment planning 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Full benefits package Bring your counseling experience into a role built for balance, steady impact, and long-term growth.
