Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Location: Oklahoma Job Summary We are hiring a Licensed Professional Counselor to provide telehealth therapy to adults across Oklahoma. This role is designed for clinicians who want a predictable weekday schedule and a defined caseload. Your day will be spent assessing needs, delivering therapy, and tracking progress in a system that supports consistency and thoughtful care. Responsibilities Deliver individual counseling sessions via telehealth Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations Create treatment plans with clear therapeutic goals Review progress and adjust interventions as needed Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner Practice in accordance with Oklahoma LPC standards Active Oklahoma Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field Experience providing outpatient mental health therapy Comfortable working independently in a remote role Strong organization and documentation skills 2 weeks paid time off Health insurance 401(k) with 3% company match If you’re ready for a counseling role built around structure and reliability, this may be your next professional move.
