Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Location: Texas Role Summary This role is focused on providing consistent, scheduled therapy to clients across Texas using a secure virtual platform. You will work with adults managing anxiety, depression, and life transitions, delivering structured sessions that support progress and continuity of care. Responsibilities Conduct scheduled telehealth therapy sessions Complete intakes, assessments, and treatment plans Track client progress and adjust interventions Maintain compliant and timely clinical documentation Communicate with internal teams as needed Active Texas LPC license Master’s degree in Counseling or related field Experience providing individual therapy Comfortable working in a fully remote environment Strong written and verbal communication skills 2 weeks paid time off Health insurance 401(k) plan with 3% company match Explore a clinical role built around focus, routine, and professional growth.
