Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Location: Alaska Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Summary: We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor to deliver therapy services in a remote care model. This role focuses on helping clients manage emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns through regular online sessions. You will be responsible for evaluating needs, guiding treatment, keeping documentation current, and helping clients move forward with consistent support and clear clinical direction. Responsibilities: Deliver telehealth counseling services to a diverse client population Complete clinical assessments and establish treatment recommendations Build treatment plans that reflect client goals and presenting concerns Keep progress notes and records accurate, complete, and submitted on time Track client outcomes and modify treatment approaches when needed Recognize urgent concerns and follow appropriate clinical response procedures Maintain professional standards for privacy, ethics, and recordkeeping Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field Active Alaska LPC license in good standing Experience providing mental health counseling to adults, adolescents, or families Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills Comfortable using EHR systems and telehealth technology Knowledge of HIPAA, documentation standards, and ethical practice 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your counseling experience to a role built for focused, consistent virtual care.
