Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Job Title: Licensed Professional Counselor | Remote Mental Health Support Location: Alaska Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary: We are seeking an Alaska-licensed LPC to provide remote therapy for clients who need reliable mental health support. This role focuses on helping clients manage personal challenges, understand patterns, strengthen coping strategies, and work toward healthier day-to-day functioning. You will use your clinical skills to provide assessments, therapy sessions, care planning, and progress updates in a fully remote setting. Responsibilities: Provide scheduled telehealth counseling sessions Complete intake assessments and gather relevant client history Build practical treatment plans based on client needs Help clients work through emotional, behavioral, and life stressors Document sessions, goals, interventions, and progress Active Licensed Professional Counselor license in Alaska Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field Experience providing therapy to adults, families, or individuals Strong communication and clinical documentation skills Comfortable delivering care through a remote platform Ability to work independently within a full-time schedule 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Competitive annual salary Bring your counseling experience into a stable remote role where your work reaches clients who need steady, professional support.
