Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Location: Texas Job Summary We are looking for a Licensed Professional Counselor to provide virtual therapy to clients throughout Texas. This position is designed for clinicians who prefer a clear daily structure and the ability to focus on clinical work without office-based distractions. Your role supports clients as they build coping strategies, improve emotional regulation, and maintain progress through consistent care. Responsibilities Provide scheduled telehealth therapy sessions Conduct initial assessments and establish care plans Document sessions accurately and within required timelines Review client progress and adjust treatment approaches Follow clinical, ethical, and state telehealth guidelines Active Texas LPC license Master’s degree in Counseling or related field Experience delivering outpatient mental health therapy Comfortable working independently in a remote role Strong communication and documentation skills 2 weeks paid time off Health insurance 401(k) plan with 3% company match Consider a virtual counseling role that offers clarity, consistency, and professional stability.
