Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) – Full-Time Location: Colorado Setting: Remote/Telehealth Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary We are hiring an LPC to deliver remote counseling services for individuals seeking support through telehealth. This role focuses on active clinical care, from assessment through treatment and follow-up. You will help clients work through personal and mental health concerns while keeping care plans organized, measurable, and aligned with professional standards. Responsibilities Meet with clients remotely for therapy and counseling sessions Evaluate presenting concerns and establish treatment direction Prepare individualized care plans with realistic goals Maintain complete and timely clinical records Provide therapeutic support using appropriate counseling methods Track client engagement and treatment outcomes Master’s degree in Counseling or a related behavioral health field Active LPC license in Colorado Solid understanding of assessment, treatment planning, and case documentation Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting Comfort with video-based care and electronic record systems Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your experience into a remote role where your work stays focused, meaningful, and client-centered.
