Licensed Professional Counselor | Full-Time Location: Missouri Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Job Summary We are searching for a Licensed Professional Counselor to join a telehealth-based care team serving clients throughout Missouri. The person in this role will provide therapy, complete assessments, support treatment planning, and keep clear clinical records that reflect each client’s progress. This is a practical, hands-on counseling role for someone who wants to focus on direct care, clinical consistency, and helping clients work through real-life mental health concerns in a virtual environment. Responsibilities Conduct virtual therapy sessions using a secure online platform Complete intake evaluations and gather clinical background information Establish treatment goals that reflect client needs and priorities Deliver counseling interventions based on evidence-based practices Document assessments, progress notes, and treatment updates accurately Identify barriers to progress and adjust treatment approaches when needed Address urgent clinical concerns according to established procedures Master’s degree in Counseling or a related mental health field Active Missouri LPC license in good standing At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical counseling experience preferred Experience with telehealth or outpatient mental health services is a plus Strong clinical judgment, organization, and documentation skills 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your counseling skills to a role built for focus, flexibility, and meaningful clinical work.
