Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Position Details Location: Arkansas Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary We are seeking an Arkansas-licensed LPC to provide virtual mental health counseling in a full-time role. In this position, you will work directly with clients to understand their concerns, create treatment plans, and provide ongoing therapy that helps them manage challenges and make meaningful progress. The day-to-day work includes intake sessions, individual counseling, progress tracking, documentation, and regular client support through telehealth. This is a strong fit for a counselor who is clinically grounded, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting. Responsibilities Provide scheduled telehealth counseling sessions for clients Complete intake evaluations and gather relevant clinical information Identify client needs and develop treatment goals Use evidence-based counseling methods based on client presentation Track progress and adjust care plans as appropriate Maintain clear, accurate, and timely clinical records Follow all applicable privacy, ethical, and licensing standards Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field Active and unrestricted LPC license in Arkansas Previous experience providing therapy or counseling services Comfortable delivering care through telehealth platforms Strong clinical documentation and communication skills Ability to manage a full-time caseload in a remote setting Familiarity with electronic health records preferred Full benefits package 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match If you are an Arkansas-licensed LPC looking for a stable remote role focused on meaningful client care, we welcome you to submit your credentials for consideration.
