Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Position Details Location: Arkansas Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary We are seeking an Arkansas-licensed LPC to provide virtual mental health counseling in a full-time role. In this position, you will work directly with clients to understand their concerns, create treatment plans, and provide ongoing therapy that helps them manage challenges and make meaningful progress. The day-to-day work includes intake sessions, individual counseling, progress tracking, documentation, and regular client support through telehealth. This is a strong fit for a counselor who is clinically grounded, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
