Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Location: Pennsylvania Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Summary: We are looking for a Licensed Professional Counselor to join a remote care team and provide therapy services through telehealth. This role involves meeting with clients virtually, identifying treatment needs, supporting mental health goals, documenting each stage of care, and helping clients build healthier thought patterns and coping strategies. The day-to-day work is focused on steady clinical care and reliable follow-through. Responsibilities: Provide remote counseling services using a secure telehealth platform Complete biopsychosocial assessments and clinical screenings Develop, implement, and revise treatment plans Document sessions, progress, and care recommendations Guide clients through therapeutic interventions based on presenting concerns Maintain a productive and organized full-time caseload Master’s degree in Counseling or a related mental health field Active Pennsylvania LPC license in good standing At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred Experience providing therapy in a clinical or telehealth setting Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your counseling skills into a remote role where your work can make a real difference every day.
