Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) – Full-Time Location: Colorado Setting: Remote/Telehealth Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary A Licensed Professional Counselor in this role provides therapy sessions through telehealth for clients working through mental health, emotional, and behavioral concerns. The position involves evaluating client needs, guiding treatment, documenting care, and helping clients make steady progress over time. This is a direct-care role centered on practical support, clinical judgment, and consistent follow-through. Responsibilities Hold virtual counseling sessions using a secure telehealth platform Complete psychosocial assessments and gather clinical history Build treatment plans based on each client’s goals and needs Keep session notes and records current and accurate Monitor response to treatment and adjust care strategies when appropriate Help clients strengthen coping tools and problem-solving skills Respond to urgent mental health concerns using proper clinical protocols Master’s degree in Counseling or a related behavioral health field Active LPC license in Colorado Solid understanding of assessment, treatment planning, and case documentation Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting Comfort with video-based care and electronic record systems Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your experience into a remote role where your work stays focused, meaningful, and client-centered.
