Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Location: Arizona Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Job Summary A growing telehealth team is seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) for a full-time virtual therapy position. This role involves helping clients work through mental health challenges by providing assessment, counseling, treatment planning, and ongoing clinical support. You will play a direct part in helping clients make progress while managing documentation and maintaining professional standards in an online care setting. Responsibilities Meet with clients through scheduled video sessions Evaluate presenting concerns and gather clinical background information Build treatment plans that match each client’s goals and needs Provide ongoing counseling and therapeutic guidance Track progress and document each session accurately Use evidence-based methods to support emotional and behavioral health Respond appropriately to urgent or high-risk situations Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license Master’s degree in Counseling or a related mental health field Experience providing therapy to adults, teens, or diverse client populations Strong clinical assessment and case documentation skills Comfortable using telehealth systems and electronic records 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your counseling experience to a role built for meaningful client work and a steady weekday schedule.
