Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Location: Alaska Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary: As a Licensed Professional Counselor in this remote role, you will provide therapy services to clients seeking support for mental health, emotional wellness, and life challenges. Your day-to-day work will include meeting with clients virtually, helping them set realistic goals, providing evidence-informed interventions, and keeping clear records of care. This is a strong fit for an LPC who wants predictable weekday hours and a professional remote environment. Responsibilities: Deliver virtual counseling services to clients located in Alaska Evaluate client concerns and recommend appropriate care goals Provide therapy for anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, stress, and related concerns Track client progress and update treatment plans as needed Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner Active Licensed Professional Counselor license in Alaska Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field Experience providing therapy to adults, families, or individuals Strong communication and clinical documentation skills Comfortable delivering care through a remote platform Ability to work independently within a full-time schedule 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Competitive annual salary Bring your counseling experience into a stable remote role where your work reaches clients who need steady, professional support.
