Licensed Professional Counselor, LPC | Remote Therapy Job in Connecticut Job Summary If you are an LPC who wants a remote therapy position with structure, stability, and a clear focus on client care, this role may be a great match. You will provide virtual counseling services to clients across Connecticut, helping them address mental health concerns, build healthier coping tools, and move through difficult seasons with professional support. Your day-to-day work will include meeting with clients online, completing clinical notes, reviewing treatment goals, and helping clients stay engaged in their care. This is a client-facing telehealth role designed for a counselor who can work independently while staying organized and responsive. Location: Connecticut Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Responsibilities Meet with clients virtually for scheduled counseling sessions Provide therapy for concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, and adjustment challenges Gather clinical history and complete new client evaluations Develop treatment goals that reflect each client’s needs and progress Update records, notes, and treatment plans within required timelines Maintain a professional and confidential online therapy environment Use clinical judgment when assessing safety, risk, or need for additional support Active Licensed Professional Counselor license in Connecticut Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or related field Experience providing therapy, counseling, or outpatient mental health services Comfortable working with clients through video-based therapy Strong documentation, communication, and time management skills Ability to manage a full-time remote caseload Reliable internet connection and private workspace for telehealth sessions $115,000–$120,000 per year 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Full-time remote position Administrative and technology support Consistent Monday–Friday schedule Ready to bring your LPC experience into a remote role with strong pay, benefits, and steady clinical work?
