Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Location: Pennsylvania Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Summary: We are recruiting a Licensed Professional Counselor for a full-time remote opportunity serving clients through telehealth. The position includes conducting therapy sessions, assessing client needs, creating care plans, recording progress notes, and helping clients work through mental health concerns in a structured clinical setting. This is a strong fit for an LPC who wants a dependable schedule and a focused counseling role. Responsibilities: Conduct virtual therapy sessions with assigned clients Evaluate mental health needs and clinical history Build treatment plans with clear goals and next steps Maintain timely and accurate documentation for all services provided Support clients with therapeutic tools and ongoing counseling strategies Track improvement, setbacks, and treatment response over time Manage caseload expectations and scheduling professionally Master’s degree in Counseling or a related mental health field Active Pennsylvania LPC license in good standing At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred Experience providing therapy in a clinical or telehealth setting Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your counseling skills into a remote role where your work can make a real difference every day.
