Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Location: Arkansas Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Summary: We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) for a full-time remote position serving clients through telehealth. This role involves providing therapy, identifying behavioral health needs, setting treatment goals, and keeping clear, accurate records. You will work with clients who need support managing mental health concerns and improving daily functioning. Responsibilities: Deliver counseling services through video-based telehealth appointments Evaluate client needs through intake assessments and ongoing review Build treatment plans with clear clinical goals and interventions Maintain complete and compliant documentation for every client encounter Help clients develop practical coping strategies and behavioral tools Review progress regularly and modify care plans as needed Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Arkansas Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred Experience providing therapy to adults, adolescents, or mixed populations Strong written documentation and communication skills Comfortable using telehealth systems and electronic health records 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your clinical skills to a role built for focus, flexibility, and real impact.
