Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Location: Alaska Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Summary: Our team is hiring a Licensed Professional Counselor to provide remote therapy services in a full-time telehealth environment. This role involves meeting with clients online, identifying treatment needs, supporting progress through regular counseling sessions, and keeping clinical records up to date. The work is practical, client-facing, and centered on delivering quality care through a consistent weekly schedule. Responsibilities: Provide online counseling sessions using approved telehealth tools Complete intakes and clinical assessments for new clients Establish treatment goals and document progress throughout care Maintain timely and accurate session notes and client records Evaluate client progress and adjust interventions as appropriate Support crisis response procedures and safety planning when needed Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field Active Alaska LPC license in good standing Experience providing mental health counseling to adults, adolescents, or families Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills Comfortable using EHR systems and telehealth technology Knowledge of HIPAA, documentation standards, and ethical practice 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your counseling experience to a role built for focused, consistent virtual care.
