Licensed Professional Counselor We are looking for a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join a full-time remote team providing telehealth services. This position offers the opportunity to support clients through ongoing counseling, structured treatment planning, and regular virtual sessions. The counselor in this role will help clients address mental health concerns, strengthen coping strategies, and work toward achievable treatment goals. It is a strong fit for a licensed professional who enjoys focused client care and clear day-to-day responsibilities. Position Details: Location: Arkansas Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Responsibilities: Deliver counseling services through telehealth sessions Evaluate client concerns and clinical history Create personalized treatment plans based on client needs Document services accurately and on time Review treatment progress and make updates as needed Coordinate care when clinically appropriate Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Arkansas Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field Experience providing mental health counseling services Strong communication and documentation skills Comfortable working with telehealth technology Ability to manage caseloads independently in a remote setting 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Step into a role where your counseling skills can make a lasting difference.
