Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Location: New Jersey Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000-$120,000 a year with full benefits Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Job Summary: We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor to provide telehealth counseling for clients across New Jersey. In this position, your work will center on helping clients process challenges, improve daily functioning, and follow a clear path toward their treatment goals. You will manage a regular client caseload, provide virtual sessions, and keep clinical records organized and up to date. Responsibilities: Deliver individual counseling sessions through telehealth Assess mental health concerns and recommend appropriate care plans Create and maintain client treatment plans Provide support for concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, grief, trauma, and adjustment issues Keep complete and accurate clinical documentation Review progress with clients and update goals as needed Active Licensed Professional Counselor license in New Jersey Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field Experience providing therapy or counseling services Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills Comfortable using telehealth tools and electronic health records Ability to work independently in a remote clinical setting 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Take the next step toward a steady remote counseling role where your clinical skills can make a real difference every day.
