Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Location: Arkansas Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Summary: We’re hiring a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to provide telehealth counseling services in a full-time remote setting. The counselor in this role will meet with clients, assess mental health concerns, create treatment plans, document care, and provide ongoing therapeutic support. The work is centered on helping clients improve emotional health, manage symptoms, and build practical strategies for daily life. This is a direct-care position with a clear schedule and a strong clinical focus. Responsibilities: Provide scheduled telehealth counseling sessions for assigned clients Perform intake assessments and review clinical history Establish treatment goals and document measurable progress Complete session notes and related records in a timely manner Use appropriate therapeutic methods based on client presentation Identify changes in client condition and respond accordingly Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Arkansas Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred Experience providing therapy to adults, adolescents, or mixed populations Strong written documentation and communication skills Comfortable using telehealth systems and electronic health records 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your clinical skills to a role built for focus, flexibility, and real impact.
