Licensed Professional Counselor Location: Louisiana Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Summary: We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) for a full-time remote position serving clients through telehealth. The counselor in this role will help clients identify challenges, build healthy coping tools, and work toward measurable treatment goals. Day to day, this includes leading therapy sessions, documenting care, and helping clients move forward with the right level of support. Responsibilities: Deliver scheduled telehealth counseling sessions in a professional virtual setting Assess mental health needs and identify treatment priorities Build individualized care plans based on each client’s goals and presentation Document session notes, treatment updates, and required clinical records Track outcomes and maintain continuity of care Provide short-term and ongoing therapeutic support as clinically appropriate Communicate with internal teams regarding referrals, scheduling, or follow-up needs Master’s degree in Counseling or a related mental health field Active LPC license in Louisiana Experience providing counseling services in a clinical or telehealth setting Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills Ability to manage a full-time caseload independently 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Take the next step in your counseling career with a role built for both impact and stability.
