Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Location: Arkansas Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Summary: We are looking for a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to deliver remote therapy services to clients across Arkansas. This position centers on direct patient care, treatment planning, progress monitoring, and clinical documentation. The LPC will help clients address challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and life transitions while working in a structured telehealth setting. Responsibilities: Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients on a scheduled basis Assess presenting concerns and identify treatment goals Create individualized treatment plans that reflect client needs Track progress and document each session accurately Provide evidence-based counseling interventions Maintain professional boundaries and ethical clinical standards Current Arkansas LPC license in good standing Master’s degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, or related field Clinical experience in outpatient, private practice, or telehealth settings preferred Knowledge of counseling techniques and treatment planning Strong organizational and time management skills Reliable internet connection and comfort with virtual care platforms Ability to manage a full-time caseload independently 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Take the next step into a counseling role where your experience can be put to work right away.
